The Mourning Dove
Hear me cry! Hear me cry! My wonderful signal to all my relatives! I live in farmlands and gardens. I’ll chillax in the nice weather, which I love. I’ll find a place to live, perhaps get a weed seed or 2. I’ll lay eggs in my home and take care of them. They’ll hatch into cute helpless birds and I’ll take them under my care. When old enough, I’ll teach them some things and say good-bye. I’ll send them away, so their time begins. But my fall will come someday. But my babies will continue my generations forever and beyond. My rise and fall are graceful, and I will live…

Halloween celebration
Since Covid-19 was around, let’s talk about how people celebrated Halloween this year. Most people did drive-through. On Forest Cove Lane, people decorated their houses and did social distancing trick or treat. We did the drive-through called Haunt-o-ween. I was so excited. We have been planning since we heard about it. Dad booked the tickets and set a reminder on the calendar on the phone. Since grandpa and grandma were here, we wanted to show them the Halloween experience. Each person signed their signature on the computer. When dad booked a ticket for me, he had to sign his signature. When the day came – 10/27/2020, I could scarcely breathe…

Introduction to coding
During my summer break, I got exposed to Coding. My first coding class took place in code.org.(you can search code.org and start coding!) In fact, here’s the link – https://code.org/ . It is so much fun! I also do python coding. I will explain my experience in python coding in another blog. Let’s catch up with coding. Coding is a set of instructions you can give the computer or other electronic device to do some action. It will follow the instructions. BUT WAIT, THERE’S A CATCH!😯 WHAT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE! The computer will not agree with the instructions and give you an error. Try not to let that…

Superhero of the garden
I was strolling around my garden when I saw the horror of the horror! A CHILI PLANT FELL TO THE SOIL AND LOTS OF ANTS WERE ON THE BRICK BORDER!!!!! I dashed to the door, opened and slammed it, and yelled, “A CHILI PLANT FELL TO THE SOIL AND ANTS ARE SURROUNDING IT!”. My dad saw it through the window and clapped his hand to his mouth. We ran outside and got a bamboo stick, pushed it into the soil to support the plant. I dashed inside and got some yarn. My grandma tied the plant together with the stick. A big sigh of relief. But the mission was not…

My first blog
The life during COVID-19 pandemic When COVID-19 started people needed to stay at home. Your kids may be complaining about getting bored. Some kids say they have enough immunity, but parents say NO, and they start to argue. People wanted to go to shops to get stuff, but shops are closed. Try doing some stuff to not get bored. But mostly, poor people don’t have money to buy stuff, which is bad. Doctors sleep in the garage to not get their family sick. (Fact) did you know that India clapped at 5:00 clock on Mar 22, 2020 to appreciate the frontline workers? One day we can do that too. Stay…
